About Cole
I’m a manufacturing and applications engineer with a career built at the intersection of precision, innovation, and problem-solving. Over the years I’ve worked across laser engraving, CNC machining, electrical and quality engineering, welding, and maintenance management, developing both technical expertise and the ability to turn ideas into efficient, real-world processes.
I’ve spent more than a decade in fabrication shops and on shop floors, managing complex projects and solving the kinds of challenges that keep production moving. My background spans everything from repairing circuit boards and building custom CNC machines, to research and development work that took me around the world.
Today, I apply that same hands-on knowledge to building businesses and solutions, whether it’s laser engraving with high-efficiency processes, developing quality systems, or creating custom digital tools that connect manufacturing with modern software. My focus is always on craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering results that last.
